Warranty / Returns / Refunds
DISCALIMER
JDH America aims to offer top-notch products for peak performance and safety. Nonetheless, hockey is a contact sport, and using our sticks comes with inherent risks. Players must be careful and follow proper techniques and safety guidelines.
STICKS BREAKING
JDH America enforces strict quality control measures to guarantee the durability and strength of our sticks. While rare, a stick could break or sustain damage due to factors like gameplay or impacts. JDH America cannot be held liable for any incidental or injuries arising from such instances.
INJURY
Field hockey carries inherent injury risks; players must be alert to these risks when engaging in the sport. JDH America is not responsible for injuries sustained during play or training. It is the player's duty to use the equipment correctly and adhere to safety directives from sports authorities.
WARRANTY
JDH America offers a limited warranty on its field hockey sticks, covering manufacturing defects for 3 months after purchase when the equipment is used normally and in reasonable condition. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modifications or accidents.
CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
- Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- The purchase was made within the 3 month warranty period.
If you think you have a defective product, please contact our support team to begin the assessment process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your JDH America, if it isn't quite right and you would like to return or exchange it, send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll exchange for a different model or process a full refund, excluding shipping.
If a customer requested a "custom cut" to shorten the length for a particular stick, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any Custom Cut products.
Keep in mind, returned goods need to be in their original condition and where possible, original packaging.
If you made an error purchasing online, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to adjust your order before it is shipped, saving everyone some time and shipping costs.
If you need to return, exchange, refund or you have a defective product, please contact our team to begin the assessment process and arrange a solution.
